Does anyone know how to reactivate a listing when it shows up as expired? Do I need to redo the whole listing on this site or is there renew button?

You should also make sure that the H3MLS email you're using is the same one as your profile here, zillow, etc. that way the systems correctly identify who the listing agent/office is. Trulia seems to be ahead of the game in combining multiple syndication options.

Hi Kristen,

If you've submitted your listings manually on Trulia, there will be a 'refresh' button next to the property on your listings page.

However, it looks like your listings are getting onto Trulia via a feed. There haven't been any changes made to the No Longer for Sale listings for some time and to make these live again, you need to make a change at the feed source. It can be as small as adding a space or period in the description. This will cause the listing to refresh and be re-fed to Trulia.

If you have questions in the future, I recommend clicking on the Help link in the top-right corner of the page, to reach the Trulia Help Center, and then either search for an answer or click on Contact Us to send a message to Customer Support (link below).

Thanks for the help! I'll have to go and manually submit them all. I have 21 listings but, they aren't all showing up from mls for some reason.

Renew/re-activate it on MLS and it'll filter out to these sites eventually within 96 hours.
