Are you selling without professional representation?
I think you should, it you can!
However, 85% of sellers eventually list with an agent . Why is that? Glad you asked!
Approx. 90% of the time an agent shows the buyer the homes they buy. So why would a seller exclude 90% of the buyers? I don't know.

The average seller, selling without professional representation, sells for 18% less than homes sold by Realtors.

So if you knew your home with take longer to sell, you would net less, why would you sell by owner?

I would really like to know!
