Hi Ruth,

Niki from Trulia here. We currently don't have a "cancel" listing status on Trulia. If a listing is showing "withdrawn", this listing has been withdrawn from the market, also known as 'off market' listings.

Listings that are off the market can also show the status sold, pending, active contingent, public record, unknown and more.

We’re excited you’re using Trulia for all of your real estate needs. Please contact us directly at customerservice@trulia.com if you have any further questions.

They both are KINDA the same. It means the listing is no longer available. Contact any 1 Realtor and work with them and get all your answers to any questions you have.
