Matt you can always scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Visit the help center". Trulia does not accept phone calls. They are suppose dto take them from "pro" subscribers only however even then it is hard to get anyone to call you back. Email is the best.
SHARON you should have asked a question on yoru own than posting it in an answer for someone else. You can sign up for a service that will automatically upload your feed (your listings) to Trulia or you can input them manually
