We have had several postings that are fraudulent and would like some advice on how to report this so it is removed.

Hi Earlene,

If you can let us know which listings are being advertised incorrectly, we'll correct the misinfomration right away. Please contact our Customer Service team either by phone at 888-466-3501 Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm PST, or send them an email via the link below.

If you choose the latter method, please be sure to include links to the listings in question or the addresses for each affected property.

Thank you,

Emily

Do you know if it is indeed an agent or someone posing as an agent? scroll down the page and click on send us feedback, you can then email customer service direct to alert them to remove it. Unfortanately there has been alot of cloning of listings for sale as rentsal which are pure fraud,.

Kind of difficult to know what you are talking about. Are you an agent yourself? What do you mean by our "for sale" listings? If you are an agent with a gripe about a listing, contact your local MLS. Some properties are listed to rent and for sale at the same time, taking whichever comes first.
