Dear Miriam -

Yes, of course it would be possible to rent for 2 months. It would take some looking around at some short-term apts. The apt. you asked about is not available any longer.

When are you starting language school?

Please contact me if you'd like me to send you some nice apt. listings. for you?

mstock [at] stockpropertiesny [dot] com. Is that rental price the right one for you?

Air conditioners, dishwashers and microwaves can be provided by lessee for rentals in NYC...Lessor is only required by law to provide standards ie; working carbon dioxide/smoke detector, refrigerator, plumbing, stove, windows, ect. However, there are owners/managements/Landlords who provide these amenities but mostly for high end luxury units.

This particular apartment Landlord does not provide an air conditioner

Broker's fee in NYC;15% of first years rent: Yes this fee applies

Hope this information helps, please feel free to contact me directly if you have any more questions.

P.S. Also you can always contact the Real Estate Agent listed in AD/Link his contact information such as e-mail and telephone number is included with the description of the apartment.
