Lots of shopping centers and food stores around.

FoodLion. Harris Teeter. BiLo. Those are the most popular grocery stores.

There is an IKEA and Rooms To Go and other furniture stores.

There is a Target and WalMart and every other kind of shopping you could want.

There is a Mall called NorthLake Mall.

Another factor to consider is whether you would be purchasing a foreclosed unit within the area. There has been an increase in that market area and nearby market areas of foreclosures with some priced for quick sale. There are many variables in addition to the age of the property that contribute to a "good investment". How long are you going to hold the unit? Why that market area? Hi Janet!

It really depends on the overall size and condition of the house, and how quick the owner wants to get it rented out. There are currently two 2 bedrooms available for rent on Ravenwing. One is $995 and the other is $1,395. It all really depends, and a Realtor® who is experienced in the rental market can help advise you.

Are you looking to rent out your place or are you looking for a place to rent?

All the Best,
