Hi Allie - you could go that route of looking to use multiple agents, called an Open Listing, many experienced and competent agents generally do not work in this fashion.
You would most likely best be served by interviewing agents and asking them questions such as how long in the business, how much business like your property have they handled and specifically what is their marketing plan.
