Jackson, I think the best thing to do would be to look at all the factors of the 2 towns and choose one. Most agents will help across multiple towns...even if they don't know one of them as well. You'd be better off choosing the one you like better and working to find a home in that town. If you're looking for something that you are not likely to find in that town, your realtor should be honest with you and help you move on to look in the other town.
