As Marie had stated, a real estate professional would be your best and easiest means. The foreclosure would have been published in a local paper and recorded in the county registry of deed, so those are additional resources. Simply publishing a pending foreclosure does not mean that the foreclosure happened... back that information up with another source. ... more

So glad to hear you are moving to Tyler and what a beautiful area that you are talking about. The particular area you are asking about is called the Azalea District. The Azalea District has many older historical and beautiful homes. Every spring Tyler host The Azalea Trails which is a tour of this area. Thousands of people come to Tyler to view the Azaleas while they are in bloom. S. Chilton is in the heart of the Azalea District.
