Yes certain ones may be less safe than others, but I have great 2br 2bath Condo only leased once before in the heart of the most Parks. It is Maple Ridge with the best shopping by walking or Bike in 3 directions, and the Arkansas River one block away.

You will have to read your lease. In WI if you are on month to month we can with I believe 28 days notice. If you are locked in for a certain time they can not raise the rent, even if they sell the rental the new owner has to honor the contracts (In WI anyway) ... more

30-40 days max. some just 2 weeks. The fast moving rentals 3 weeks. I suggest start looking 35 days before you need a key and are willing to begin paying rent. If you find a good deal they usually move fast and you should be worth paying a little earlier. Give yourself a 7 day move time if you have to clean up the one your moving out of. ... more

As of right now, there are only three available rentals in the Jenks Southeast district in our system.

1. 3 bed/ 3 bath condo 1588 square feet for 1895 a month
2. 4bed/ 2.5 bath home with pool, just over 3000 square feet for 2900 a month
3. 5 bed/5.5 bath home with pool, just over 5000 square feet for 4500 a month
