In addition to checking with the city, you will have to get approval of The Home Owners Association if you have one. You definitely want to run it buy your neighbors. Even if you get City approval, you neighbors may oppose your plan if it is just sprung on them with added traffic coming to you house. ... more

much of the 74126 zip code is rural property and covered by them and not the TPD
