I like Dan's answer about NOT using the listing agent.

Are you still looking for someone to help you find a home and relocate? If so I would more more than delighted to help. :-)

I know you mentioned that you'd like to be in the suburbs, but what else would you say is on your "wish list" for a new home? Are there any key features you want in your new home? Or preferred neighborhoods? Or desired school districts (if you have children?)

These are just a couple items to start off with and begin thinking about, if you haven't already. There's a lot of decisions that go into buying a new home, but it honestly can be one of the most exciting times of your life! One of the best ways to start would be finding out what your personal goals are for your new home purchase. From there, we'll do everything possible to help assist you, answer all your questions, and hopefully meet all of your needs!
