CCR's, also known as Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions, will be provided by the Title Company when you are in contract with seller. Meantime, the way to get them would be to discover who the Homeowner's Association is for this subdivision. A good way is to contact the listing agent. Hopefully, you are well represented by a savvy Buyer's Agent, which you will want in this market. If so, please have your own agent contact the listing agent on your behalf.
Some of the Homeowner's Associations rules here in Tucson allow 2 generally recognized household pets. Or they may leave the number of pets open. There could also be no restrictions at all on that, since they are subdivision specific.
