Hi Sharon! While I probably shouldn't give you exact numbers and specs regarding the upgrades (the deal is still in the works until the house is built and the buyers take possession) I can give you an approximation to give you a better idea.

The model home the buyer fell in love with was a Classico Grande purchased for approximately $200 per square foot a couple years back. This buyer negotiated a purchase price in the neighborhood of $145/150 square foot or thereabouts.

And as far as the upgrades go, I can tell you that the buyer asked for a lot; far more than I could believe was granted to her. The reason being, it always looks better to have sticks in the air in a subdivision. However, this buyer came in at the right time and in the right place to negotiate a heck of a deal. These circumstances won't last forever. The fact that interest rates are so low is another great reason to get out there and negotiate (or ask a qualified Realtor to so for you). Don't overlook Salero Ranch. It is even more spectacular then Tubac Foothills if a bit more remote. All lots have underground electric and ag exemptions too. Gorgeous land.
