If you listed this property by yourself look for an "edit" function on the input screen. If you are attempting to rremove the listing entirely, you will want to "delete" the listing. If an agent listed the property request the he/she edit or remove items. ... more

Don Fabrizio-Garcia answered:
As Candace mentioned below, your previous question stated that the lack of permits WAS in fact disclosed to you prior to your purchase.

As you've been advised both on the previous question and below, you need to speak to an attorney, as this is a legal matter. There are several issues that must be determined by your attorney, including whether or not the lack of permits was disclosed to you, whether the statute of limitations has passed for a lawsuit, and whether or not the collapse was due to lack of maintenance, i.e. removing the snow to prevent the collapse in the first place. ... more

Linda A. Cappello answered:
Hello John,

Although it is still available, there are too many legal ties that I would advise any client of mine to stay away from, especially if there is a lis pendens on file.

If it is Trumbull you are looking to purchase in, I would be more than happy to research short sales and foreclosures or other properties that are currently on the market. Although my office is in Norwalk, I do a lot of business in Trumbull and would welcome the opportunity to earn your business. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Stay well.
Linda

Hi Michelle,

This property is NOT having an open house this weekend 2/22. If you would like to see the home and are not under contract with another agent just give me a call and I will be glad to show you the property.

Have a great early spring weekend!
