Xan there are about 20 properties that potentially meet your criteria where they have 5 plus bedrooms and between 3-4 car garages(13 have 4 car garages). All the properties I have are on 1/2 acre lots or larger. There are more homes on that size lots if you want to consider fewer bedrooms as well (total goes to 28). If you would like a list of the homes to review let me know and I will send it.

You can't go wrong with Trophy Club. I have lived in Grapevine and have been a substitute teacher in the Southlake Carroll school system. Now I live in Trophy Club. I am also a retired attorney. I love Trophy Club because it is a quiet and safe place to live. Anyone who looks down upon Trophy Club because it has a "different type of people" compared to Westlake needs to meet a few of those people.
