That can be a very subjective question. It depends upon quality of construction, fit out and how involved owners are. You could spend less than $100.00 per foot doing much yourself or many times that when using architects, high end fixtures and finishes . If using canned plans costs are often less than going custom design. Builders vary also. get quotes from all but be sure to spec all materials and check out their work on other jobs. I just wanted to add that Laura made an excellent point about Trulia. Trulia, too, has brought my rankings to the first page of google just by answering consumers questions and blogging on their site. I think the main part of SEO has to do with a constant and continuous online presence. Just having a website is not good enough to boost your rankings. You must be active and you can google your way right to the top if you use the right tools and technology the web has to offer and most of it is free.

Good luck!

Hi understanding is that NJAR opposed this, but when it was evident the bill would be passed with or without our support NJAR offered amendments.

Please check out the new law. Here's a link to what was signed by Governpor Corzine (I was going to put in the link to my blog about this, but I'll spare you! LOL)

Here's the law...

Since this new law contradicts current real estate commission regulations/laws which state rebates are prohibited, it can not take effect immediately, even though that's stated in the law .

The Commission must rectify this. If they decide to make a new rule or amend the current rule, that must be published and the public allowed to comment before it is adopted. This is my understanding of the process.

Please check and log into the members section to stay on top of this. NJAR says we should know more in February. (You'll need your NERDS # to sign in, or you can check it there.

And who said our jobs weren't fun!!
