Why does your site suck so effing much? I should be able to view a full screen of the map instead of the side by side view. The website totally sucks compared to the app.

Please be advised the image you are seeing is provided to us from Google images of which we do not have the ability to edit or remove. My recommendation would be to contact Google to request they blur out your home. Please feel free to use these steps:

How to get your property blurred:
1. On your Trulia Property Page, click 'View Map'.
2. Click 'Street View'.
3. Click 'Report a problem' found on the bottom right of the photo.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Click Submit.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

Hi Carolyn,

I apologize you are experiencing errors on our site regarding accepting board invitation and I am happy to help in anyway I can. My recommendation would be to follow these troubleshooting steps. First, please note Trulia works best on either Google Chrome or Firefox. Secondly, please ensure the web browser is up to date. Finally, please clear your cache and cookies. One thing to consider is that Trulia is not compatible with Windows 10 at this time. If the issue persists after these troubleshooting attempts, please send a screenshot and I will be able to further assist.

Thank you for using Trulia!

If it was listed by an agent, they own those photos and usually they are not taken down until the agent takes them down, or marks it as sold and sometimes they come down on their own.

Trulia Customer Service answered:
Hi Clint! Carol here at Trulia. You will need to claim your rental listing to your account in order to reply to leads through your leads page. If you have yourself designated as a "Real Estate Pro" and "Landlord" on your Profile, you will have a listings page in your account. You can claim your rental and then leads will populate in your leads page.

1.) Hover over your picture on the right hand side of the screen and click on My Listings
2.) Click on the Orange button on the far right that states Add Listings
3.) Select the option for For Sale, Rental, or Sold
4.) Enter the address of your rental listing
5.) When the listing or listings come up, check the box for the Address you want to claim
6.) Then click the box - I certify that I am the listing agent for these listings and agree to the Full Terms of Service
7.) Add to my listings

Donna answered:
I have also hit a while with the way I usually do searches. Areas I search are commonly not part of a "city" per se and it seems to now require starting a search by naming city. When I did name a city to get me to a map when I clicked on a photo to get details of a property it wouldn't respond to the pictures or details. Very frustrated. ... more

Betina Foreman answered:
Dear Thaicop,
You should be able to contact a local Realtor to prepare a "Comparative Market Analysis" for your home. Otherwise you can go to your local county website. Typically they have the taxable value of your home available online for no charge. I would also consider that the "tax value" and "market value" are often very different. If your considering selling your home, you should contact a local Realtor to see what the actual "Market Value" of your home is. I wish you the best of luck!

Hi Lorenzo,

I'm not finding your listing on our site either. I would suggest speaking to your agent and making sure that it is being syndicated to Trulia.

I agree. If you've gotten closed deals or at least emails inquiries, then it's good. If you've gotten 276 views but no tangible leads, then its not good. Our goal is to find buyers who have real estate needs. If this doesn't happen, then we're spinning our wheels.

Best of luck to you!!
