One of the unique aspects of our 07104 zip is that we have access to a gorgeous light rail system. So if you buy or rent in 07104, you can often stroll through an Olmstead-designed park every day as part of your commute. This means you see the glorious four seasons, the amazing fall colors, the world-renowned cherry blossoms, the snowflakes, all as part of your daily commute. I commuted for 8 years walking through Branch Brook park to the Davenport station. In the last month, all new walkways have been put in by the Essex County Parks and these beautiful walks mean that you can comfortably walk to the train rain or shine. This train drop you at Newark Penn Station and you can get pretty much anywhere from there: to Newark Airport, NY Penn station and all parts throughout NJ and the Eastern seaboard on Amtrak.

It's 19 N.7th Street. There is Penn Station and the City Subway, neither are in walking distance, however, the 21,24 and 34 NJ Transit buses are.. Maybe 2 blocks away.
