You could always map it on the Internet and use the Street View to walk it virtually.
Or, use the Directions to map the distance and time to a specific point.

Hi Fu,

The closest train is the Auburndale Commuter Rail Station; which is 1.8 miles from the property. There are also a few buses within walking distance to the property, the closest MBTA is the Elm St Bus which is a 10minute walk.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions and or to receive other similar listings in the Newton area.

Hello Fu!

The closest rail line is the commuter rail (Purple Line: Framingham/Worcester Line); which is about 12 minutes (0.2 miles) from this property (46-48 S. Gate Park in Newton). Of course, it varies depending on your walking pace.

There are also buses available within 10 minutes away as well. These are buses #170, #553, #554, and #505.

Should you have further question, feel free to reach me out. My contact information is shown below. Please be mindful that this property requires 24 hour notice for showing as these units are occupied by tenants.

Hi Fu,

the distance from the property to the mbta Newtonville is about a mile. I used to take the train there and I did not take me that long but that depends on how fast you go to (I was a little faster in the winter ;) ). You can always test it yourself if you are interested in buying this property (which just had a price reduction of 20K). I hope this helps. Hi Fu,

There's an MBTA bus stop at Elm St & River St, only 9 minutes away.

If you've got additional questions about the property or would like to schedule a private viewing, don't hesitate to let me know!
