From my experience, you can get to the Suncoast Expswy/598 (toll) from most areas of New Port Richey, FL within 15-20 minutes, then heading North for 20-30 minutes will get you into downtown Tampa. Ofcourse, there are additional routes, but the fastest, in my opinion, is aforementioned.

Best wishes.

With the properties close proximity to US-19 & SR-54, your drive via the Suncoast Parkway, depending on time of day and actual location within Tampa, should only be about 20/25 minuets.

It really depends where in Tampa and at what time of day. Peak hour commute you can expect about 50-60 minutes where off hours you will running about 40-50 minutes.
