You can take the Fox Chase, R8. There are a few stops through the city, but you don't have to do any transfers.

Here is a link to the train schedules for Septa:

The Trenton line stops at Torresdale, Holmesburg, Tacony, and Bridesburg (all in the Northeast) and stops right at 30th St. Station. Hope this helps!

Hi Denise! You can catch the Trenton Line and will drop you off right at 30st Station. Depending where you live, there are several stops you can catch it. Torresdale, Holmesbug and Racing are a few. Good Luck!
Please, feel free to contact me if you have any other questions!

The El does. Or you can take the Broad Street Line to Suburban Station them switch to the Market/Frankord El. Or you can take any bus that goes downtown then get on the El.

Hope that helps! Would help if I knew where in the NE you lived.
