I need to commute from Manhattan to Roseland, NJ for my job. Is there a better option than renting a car?

Asked by Craig, New York, NY Thu Jul 31, 2008

Hi,
I just found out that beginning next week I need to work in Roseland, NJ for my job for at least 4 months. What is the best way to commute? I would like to avoid renting a car, unless it is really the fastest and most practical option. Cost is not a major factor, as I will be able to expense the commute cost, but I cannot find any trains or buses that go near roseland. I live in Manhattan, in the 20s on the east side. All help appreciated.

It is good to use Public Transportation (NJ Transit) with will take you form the Port Authority to Roseland, If you should decide to continue to work in Roselandl, I am a resident of that Great Town and would be happy to help....

Let me know & good luck.
