I do not drive and live in Morgan Creek apartments. I am a retired Vet and need to get to and from the VA hospital every month. Any suggestions?

As a Vet myself, I know there are services available to you. Check with the VA the next time you are in there and as others have said, Many Thanks for your Service to OUR Country!!!

The VA has a bus service that will pick you up and take you home. Contact your team representative or social services and they will be able to direct you to the right person.

Tankris1, yes I agree with Ron Thomas. There are volunteers with Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Disabled Veterams that provide rides for veterans. You will have to seek these agencies out.

Good luck.

And thank you for your service.

The next time you get to the hospital; look for the offices of the American Legion, DAV, VFW:
they probably have a special program or a volunteer to help you.

We are lucky to have one of the best VA hospitals here in Fresno.

I spent a lot of time in the one in LA when I was a kid; because of my dad; so I know.
Good luck and may God bless

and thanks for serving
