Without traffic about 20 minutes. With traffic maybe 30-45 minutes. Traffic is realative compared to where you are moving from. While some complain about it rush hours being bad it doesn't seem to last long.

You're looking at about 15 minutes during normal hours and 30-40 during rush hour.

The home is 15-30 minutes from downtown Austin depending on the traffic. Feel free to visit my website's home page where there is a quick link for available homes in Circle C.

Southwest Austin is convenient to downtown, affordable, and pretty with hills, trees, and parks.

Please feel free to contact me anytime.

That area of Circle C is about 30+ minutes from downtown with traffic. It can be 15 - 20 during non peak hours. A great area!

Hi Eric,

James is correct. This house sold in August of last year. The market has changed dramatically in Circle C and this home will likely sell for more now. We have an extreme seller's market now with homes going for above asking with multiple offers. The reason? It's one of the best places to live in Austin!

I live in Circle C, not far from this house. It takes me about 10 to 12 minutes to get to downtown when not in rush hour. My relocation clients who have moved into this area and work downtown report about a 20 to 30 minute drive during rush hour. There's a new overpass that helps cut the commute down considerably though.

If you're looking at relocating, email me directly and I'll send you my electronic relocation guide. I work with Austin Technology Council and their member companies and relocating and recruiting new talent. We specialize in relocation and I'd love to help.

Thanks much.

You seem to have found an old listing, this property sold in August of 2012. According to google maps, this property is 23 min from 6th and Congress in the heart of Downtown Austin.

Of course this could vary considerably with traffic conditions.

Depending on how you route it and your final destination, approximately 12 to 15 miles to downtown. Probably a breeze for someone in San Diego, eh?
