There is a Metro North Station in Brewster which is 10 to 15 miles from Mahopac depending where you are. Anoother option is the train station in Croton Falls which is roughly the same distance from Mahopac.

Hi, from Mahapoc your best bet for the West side of NYC is 684 to the Hutch to the Saw Mill (it's by exit 5 on (684). Another option would be the Taconic to the Sprain to Bronx River to Cross Copunty and Saw Mill. You are looking at an hour drive.

By car-Either the TaconicParkway or I 684 depending on what side of the town your house is located.
By train- Metro North from Croton Falls, N.Y. on the Harlem Line or
