I've checked out http://www.preschoolpilot.com and http://www.marinpreschooldirectory.com and got some good info but any additional info would be great! Sarah!

My daughter went to Marin Day School in the downtown Mill Valley campus and I could absolutely not have been happier with the school and the teachers. Every teacher knew my child and she looked forward to going to school every day. Alison Caprio is the director and can be reached at 415.381.5902. Caveat that they do fill up quickly. I have additionally heard great things about the Little School, Tamalpais Preschool and Ross Academy.

I found the best results at http://www.privateschoolpilot.com

We found a great San Francisco Private school for our daughter on that site.

They are all pretty good, but at this point in time, definitely all full for next year. However, Marin Day, in my opinion, the campus on Lomita, is by far and away the best. I know them all, having referrred several of my home buying clients to this school, as well as both of my grandchildren each havinng gone there 3 years. If you live in Mill Valley already, go visit the campous, see Nancy the director, she is great, and see if you can register for next year. Sometimes, they will have afternoon slots available and from there you can slip into the morning slots.Just email me back with questions,I know all about the preschools.
