Kathy Burgreen answered:
You need to contact the seller again and give him / her a deadline. Also contact a real estate lawyer and explain that you have been in contact with the seller to pick up the pool table. Your lawyer can easily write a demand letter to the seller. Lawyers typically charge a small fee to write a letter. It will not cost you big bucks. The seller should respond after receiving a letter from a lawyer.

Besides the lawyer, contact the listing agent and ask the realtor to call their client (the seller) and demand that the pool table be picked up.

I would give it another 2 weeks. If after a month has lapsed, the table is still in your home - it should be yours.

Hello Kierra,

The major difference between a Condo and a Townhouse is the condo usually has a board of directors, you pay fees for the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds, the exterior of the building, snow removal and issues such as clogged pipes. Realize that the condo fee is what pays for those services and the condo usually has a professional company manage all of the day to day operations of the complex.

With a Townhouse, this is usually a fee simple ownership title and you are responsible for all maintenance and upkeep, lawn care and snow removal. On the up side you have no condo fee on top of the mortgage (principal and interest, taxes and insurance) you pay to purchase the property.

Condos have to be approved for FHA financing so it is important to speak to a loan officer and determine what program is right for you.

Sometimes it is. It can be absolutely even with the ground, or it can be a few feet below.

Incidentally, I don't see the connection with ground level and children. Some folks consider 2nd floors and above more secure.

In any case, though, try to check the properties out online or ask your Realtor.

Hi Kathecurran!

I have sold two Towson Green homes, and my clients LOVE them!

One of my clients bought one that was almost completed, the other bought one that started from scratch. My clients enjoy the convenience of the location, and I have not heard any complaints about their homes.

When we did our walk throughs, the homes were just beautiful and exactly what they were looking for.

Please feel free to contact me directly for more information and details. I would love to work with Bozzuto again!

I don't know that there are any apartment communities right near Riderwood Elementary School. Have you checked the Baltimore County Public Schools website to see what the street boundaries currently are? Private home rentals sometimes become available near the school. How much are you looking to spend per month? Would a home work for you?
Thank you!

Thank you so much for your question.

How much per month? How long of a lease? Can the second bath be in the basement and can it be a half bath?

Thank you!
