One formula that I have used is taking your present monthly rent, (assuming that it fits your budget) and add 25%: (rent times 1.25).
The 25% will be offset by the Income tax savings you will enjoy.
Understand that this is rough:
If you have to do some repairs or upgrades, if you will have a longer commute, if you are also going to have HOA fees; you have to allow for the differences.

During a listing consult is where someone would be advised that pictures will be taken for the listing to be placed on the MLS. That would allow an opportunity to pack some unnecessary items allowing for a better picture. I am sure they can retake them if additional packing has been done, just ask. Property tax bills in New Castle County were sent out at the end of July and should have been received by you as well as your mortgage company by now. If you have not yet received the statement (due September 30) you will need to contact the county. Go to the following site for additional information:
