Karen Peyton answered:

What you should do depends on your financial situation moving forward into the future.
For instance, if your short-fall of payment is due to a temporary setback, you could consider getting a roommate to take up the slack and get back on track.
If you are further in over your head, you may want to sell the home and pocket the equity - or pursue a short sale to get out from under.
Contact a real estate professional in your area if you will sell, and consult an attorney should a short sale become necessary.

Best of luck to you!

Any good local mortgage broker should be able to pull your report and review it with you,and run you through a credit simulator to help figure out how to optimize it. Good luck !

Trulia Customer Service answered:
Hi Ann,

Niki at Trulia Customer Service here. It is difficult to say without the address or property ID what is going on with your property details.

If your listing is showing as a public record, we appreciate you providing the correct property details. We keep your feedback in our records and update the "owner information". However, the information reflected on our Public Record listing is something we cannot edit. We receive all records information from a third party. Home facts and prior sales include information compiled from public records at local assessor, tax, and recorder offices. At this time we cannot manually update this information, only remove it from the listing. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Pleas contact us directly for assistance by calling 1-888-466-3501, Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm PST.

I think you are the same person who asked a similar question that I answered yesterday. Did you use the link that I provided you?

Here's the link again:

In the street name field just type "Hayden" NOT "Hayden Hill" or "Hayden Hill Road", as it will not work if you do that. Don't put in any other information in the other fields. Just hit search. Then a whole list of houses on Hayden Hill Road will come up with the full address, the owners name and some other information.

You can click on the full address of a specific property that appears as a blue link on the left hand side and a property field card will come up that gives you a picture of the property and other details about the property (sale date & price, building size, room count, year built, etc.).

I just tried it for Hayden Hill Road by typing "Hayden" in the street name field as described above, and it worked fine.

Feel free to contact me with any additional questions or for more specific information as I would be glad to help. I hope these more detailed instructions will help you though!

Dan, please watch for when these questions are posted. Again I started to type an answer then checked myself, and deleted it. I certainly hope that Mary has gotten the proper advice by now. Which yours, by the way, really was not. ... more

I have wanted to get this designation as well. How have you used it? Do you use your ECO-skills with both buyers and sellers?
