As the others have answered, would love to assist you in finding a place in Torrance midway between 190th and Western down to the San Pedro area and around Western Ave.

Taking a shot at the area you inquired about there are 11 possibles with 2 Bedroom and 1.5 or more Baths available ranging from $1,550 up to $2,450 per month.

Would need more information from you in order to expand this list or reduce it to help you find where you would like to find a home.

If you like the condo, you might want to consider buying. It may be more affordable than you think. It may be around the same monthly expense to purchase as it is to lease. I have helped many people purchase homes that required little down payment and the monthly expense was actually less than what they would pay for a similar rental. ... more

Cheryl Friedman answered:
Good afternoon,

Ideally working with a REALTOR is the best place to start. They can help you not only find what you are looking for but also help present you to the landlord favorably.

If you decide to look on your own I know Westside rentals and craigslist are common areas landlords do list properties. Beware of scams on Craigslist, never wire money to an "out of area" landlord and if its to good to be true it likely is a scam. Westside rentals is more legitimate but they charge a fee.

Also, even if the listing says no pets it never hurts to ask. Especially if you leased prior and you can provide a letter from your previous landlord stating your pets are well behave.

Hopefully, these tips can help you and you can also call or email me for more info.

Have an exceptional day!
