• 96.5% Purchase financing.

• Minimum credit score of 530.

• Minimum Loan Size on Manufactured Housing is $70,000

• No Single wides

• Foundation must meet FHA/HUD’s Permanent Foundation Guides (1996)

• Must provide Engineer’s Cert on foundation. (stamped and signed)

• Home cannot have been previously installed at another location (this does not include model homes that were installed on the dealers lot)

• Maximum AGE of Manufactured Home – 20 years

Fill buckets, trash containers, bathtub, toliets and sinks with water to keep moisture inside the mobile home so the walls don't buckle. Turn the water off at mobile home so your home does not flood if a pipe gets a leak. Turn water off at property line if you don't have landscape, just in case you get a leak. Winterize swamp cooler, drain water, replace pads, clean off the water residue, etc. I use to always turn the main electric breaker off so nothing would turn on when we lose the electric and then get a surge.
