Yes, he has. Why are you late in your payment? Your landlord has to pay the mortgage on the home that you are living in and he's not receiving any payment from you. This will create financial hardship on his part! I would suggest that you try to work something out with the landlord.

According to Google Maps it says it is 4 miles and will take 6 minutes from 1506 Floyd Dr. San Angelo TX to Sunset Mall in San Angelo, TX. That sounds about right based on my knowledge of the area.

But understand that once you have taken the classes and passed the state exam, you really know nothing about how to be a real estate agent. Pick a place with a great support system and training.
