Your total move in amount will depend on the date that you move in. The amount of rent is prorated amount that will be based on your move in date. In addition to this amount, you will pay a $300 cleaning fee, $925 security deposit, and an application fee. I don't see the amount of the application fee, but these are typically $35-70 per person. If you would like to see this home, I would be happy to show this to you. Additionally, here is a list of homes in Tolleson that are similar to this home. This is a list of 4 bedroom homes in Tolleson.

Thanks for the opportunity to work with you and I hope to hear from you soon!

Depends on what has sold in that area in the past 3 months. Midwest the house would need to be below 50% of FMV unless it has a tenant and does not require any repairs. Within San Diego there are zip codes that require the price to be below 70% of FMV and there are other zip codes that will sell at 100% of FMV. I've got a house for sale that is at 68% FMV in El Cajon, CA see details at ... more

I went ahead and did a search of all 'active' homes in Tolleson that are similar to this home on Alzora.

I used a minimum of 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, min. 1500 sq/ft, and maximum price of $170,000. It returned 116 listings. Feel free to look through them, and if you would like any further information on some of these homes simply send me an email and I'll respond.

Stew Keene answered:
Hi Sarah,

As Realtors, we are not supposed to be crime statistic experts nor do we have the authority to pass along opinions of what is safe and what is not.

What we can do is provide areas for you to research on your own when it comes to safety and crime.

I am including a link to a form provided by the Arizona Dept or Real Estate that has a section in it for looking up exactly that kind of information.

Remember that statics don't always determine the best and least safe areas because that element in our society exists in any area of the cities across America, so this information is "general" in nature.
