If you give the address, I should be able to look up the house and send you any available pictures. No address was given in your search.

Hello fisherfin,

Amanda is correct. The road acess can be bumpy due to snow and eventual washboarding of the road and the bill would be huge to pave it. There are other subdivisions priced similar that are a few miles further west or on the interstate. Look up and see if it suites your needs. Feel free to contact me direct with any questiosn of concerns in the Three Forks area.

Kelley Halle answered:
One would think so. And some lenders are great to work with and can effectuate a sale very quickly. If a listing agent on a short sale is doing his or her job, lenders are contacted and the wheels put in motion even before the property is listed, which helps with the time issues. A huge factor that can also make a short sale take longer is if there is a second mortgage on the property, in which case the second lender also needs to approve the sale. And if there is mortgage insurance on the loan, the insurance provider wants its piece of the pie as well, causing even further delays! A seasoned agent can help you through the process, and hopefully make it a little less painful! ... more

Hi "T"-- My name is Regan Langel- I'm a licensed real estate agent in the Gallatin County and have quite a few listings out in the area you've inquired about. It really depends on the property; What's surrounding it? Are there water amenities on the property? Is it in a subdivision? How many acres?

I have 30 acres on the Jefferson with a home (no value on the home) listed at $595,000. I also have a 5 acre lot with no water listed at $89,900 in the Rolling Glen Ranch. The prices in between vary.
