I had the exact same question from a client this past July, at that time I told them I believed these homes were not built and would not begin construction until they were under contract. We drove out there to check it out, "just in case" and we saw some really well maintained lots, but no signs of any construction.

In the "REALTOR remarks" section of this listing (the bit you can't see) it clearly states that the photos are for, "Example Picture Only".

So the short answer is ... to be built.

The same answer applies to some similar homes advertised in Watkins Creek (see http://bit.ly/We0Oh1 for listings) and the Hamptons (see http://bit.ly/SKHXxI for listings), both new construction neighborhoods in nearby Franklin.

I professional opinion is to be very careful with Bridgemore at this time. I would be concerned about future values as the price range it was originally intended for are not moving. My concern would be the future homes may not be of the same price range. You have much more choices in the market right now to consider. Many very distressed communities in that area in that price range.
