The answer varies. The updates, condition, location, and pricing of the home determines whether will sell at asking price, above asking price or below asking price.

Whirlpool is a solid manufacturer of both washer and dryers. Also Whirlpool appliances are made in America with high quality standards. The Asian brands have lower quality control and with the plastics and rubber there is lower quality standards which translate into broken parts a few years after you buy. I have had clients with very expensive fancy looking LG and Samsung appliances break a few years after purchase due to broken plastic and other issues. Also the top load is always better and have less issues vs front loading machines. The new top load Whirlpool are very nice, check them out at Best Buy, Home Depot and Lowes. Sears brand is made by Whirlpool and Sears has a great warranty and customer service to back up the appliance after purchase. good luck! ... more

Hi "istconigeria",
Smith Elementary School, Bear Branch Middle School and Magnolia High School are the schools for this particular home.
On any listing, you can click on the school district (blue) link (to the right of the primary photo), then you can visit the school district website (upper right-hand corner) for zoning info.
Please feel free to call or email me if I can be of any further help to you. There's lots of great info regarding The Woodlands on my website as well.

Here is my most recent posting concerning market conditions in The Woodlands... Visit me at to see the charts and graphs... Let me know if you'd like to be included on my email distribution list for my monthly report!

Dear Woodlands Real Estate Market Watchers:

Last month, I asked: “Where is the market going??” This month, it looks like we have an answer—moving away from being a solid seller’s market to one that is a little more balanced overall. As you can see from the attached graph, sales were again well below what they have been for June in the past two years, and inventory is up significantly. However, the story is not the same for all price ranges. As with last month’s stats, June shows weakening in price ranges below about $500M, yet steady or strengthening for higher price ranges. Perhaps interest rates are impacting the lower price ranges? Take a look at the information attached, and please feel free to call or email me if you’d like more details.

Listings, sales and inventory graphs are attached. Details for each price range are shown in the Market Report table. If you have questions or are interested in other details about the market or your specific neighborhood, please feel free to call me or email me. I’d be happy to share more information with you.

Interest rates for mortgages are currently about 6.5% for 30 year conforming conventional loans with 1% origination fee.

If you know of someone who might be interested in these trends, please feel free to forward this message on, send me their email address and I’ll add them to the distribution list, or just refer them to my website. And of course, if you’d rather not continue to receive these monthly updates, just let me know.

I want to thank you, clients and friends, for your support. I was Keller Williams’ Woodlands Office Agent Top Producer in May for sales volume. You and your referrals are the key to my business! As always, if you or someone you know needs to sell or buy a home, I’d love to help. I promise to take great care of you or anyone you refer to me!

Best regards—
