1- Rent application make sure to fill out the application complete because any left out information or blank looks very suspicious to the landlord.
2- Credit check - current credit check most of landlords like to run a fresh one so they will charge you $30 to $35 for credit check.
3- about 3 to 2 months copies of your checking and savings account and very hopeful documentation of other assets you many hold.
4- 3 months pay stubs that confirms your earnings, supported by the name and contact details of someone who can verify you are still working for the company in question. if self employee landlord want to see 2 years of tax return.
5- Color id's or driver licence
6- reference or letters from previous landlords will help a lot.
7- Honesty will go a long way.

That is a great question. Sorry I am just now seeing it. I have seen the highs and the low's in Alden Bridge over the years. I would say your in the $90-$100 a square prince range. If you are considering selling in the near future I would suggest a minimal amount of upgrades if your pocket book allows it. Many of my clients are looking for move-in ready homes with all the bells and whistles and are willing to pay a premium amount for them. You may lose good quality buyers if you don't have the minimum standards they are looking for.

I will say the sport programs are very competitive and one could feel a little overcome by the amount of students but you can use that in your behalf to find a great group of friends! ... more

The agent should stand beside you to the termination of the transaction. In Texas, the agent is only an extension of the Broker. Contact the broker who is holding the license of the Sales Agent. It sounds like what happened to you happens daily in this business. A lot of agents don't really understand what is really in the terms they fill out in the contract. There are specific dates that are assigned to specific tasks in the contract. If you did not abide by the finance date, option date, or closing dates, you may be in breach of the contract. Scott's answer is correct. In your case, since your listing comes to us from Keller Williams you'll want to contact them directly to ensure your listing status is updated both on their site and in the data feed they send to us. Once that happens it will update automatically on our site.

It is my experience that "most builders" leave the keys with the sales specialist at the development you purchased in. Upon the funding of the deal they are then instructed to relase the keys to you. It is common for the builder or it;s agent to sign separately. If you were represented by a licensed realtor they should be able to help with any matters you have with the process. ... more
