NACA Online Operations answered:
NACA will be happy to work with you. NACA does not use your credit score in any manner, though we do work with you on resolving any charge-offs or collections that have happened in the last two years, and your bill payment history must be on time for the past 12 months.

The NACA program offers no down payment, no closing costs, a fixed below market interest rate, and the ability to buy down the interest rate even further, potentially to near zero.

Just go to the NACA website at http://www.naca.com and sign up for a free Home Buyer's Workshop.

This truly depends upon what is "on" your credit. Have your requested a copy from the credit bureaus to first make sure that what is on your credit is accurate? There are a number of ways to go about this. Also, there are some lenders with in-house underwriting which are not as stringent with their credit score requirements. Otherwise, I have a great source for credit repair who can help you repair you credit and get you ready to buy a home. (I've sent them multiple people over the years and many have purchased). Obviously...you have to follow the rules and follow what they tell you to do to see results ;-)

Susie Kay answered:
Marisol,

I would suggest that you talk to a lender or two. Some lenders can manual write a loan with lower credit score but they will have to look at the overall picture. Or you may want to work with a credit repair person first and then obtain a loan.

Give me a call at 469-371-2899 if you'd like me to connect you to a lender or two.

Take care!

I've never heard anyone complaining about The Colony. If you are concern about safety I would suggest contacting the local police department. You can also check https://www.crimereports.com/.

If you are not currently working with a realtor then I'd be happy to assist you. I have friends living in the Colony and they love it there.

Take care,

Seems high. Maybe the system added the cost of the land too. In the end it's going to depend on the level of finsih-outs (upgrades) you select.

Thanks.
