Bruce Lynn answered:
You probably want to contact the agent directly.
You've left a question on a public site that may or may not go to the agent.

Don't ever try lease to own......it's just a good way to throw good money away.
I've never seen one that was a good deal for the buyer.
If you ever get into a position to buy, you can always make an offer to the owner.

Don't ever rent to own....lease to own, lease option...or anything like this.
It's a bad way to go.
Essentially outlawed by the Texas legislature years ago.
Normally just a bad deal for the buyer.
If you can't buy now, lease cheap. Save money..improve your credit score, and then when ready buy.
Don't ever mix the two up.

Bruce Lynn answered:
Very few sellers can or want to rent their property.
Most need the money from this one to buy the next one.
Or their loan prohibits them from renting.

Best to look at homes that are specifically listed for rent.

Often here, the agent selling the home will not get messages left here, so you'll want to contact them directly, not leave a message on this public site.

Good luck with your search.
