The CRR Club and Maintenance Assoc. is very accommodating working with members to set up the right payment plan for each individual. The fee is set annually, but I pay mine semi annually because that's easiest for me, and I believe but am not certain b/c I never asked, you may also pay it monthly. The definitive answer would come from Connie Ream, who is the Membership Head Honcho in the office at 1-800-637-5435.
BTW, we own 5 acres in CRR and our Fee just went up to $398/yr. Now I thought the Fee had nothing to do with how big your lot is, that everyone paid the same rate every year. If that's true, then you may want to check the other numbers the listing agent wrote down here. I DO know it hasn't been $175 for us for many years.
Note to Sellers: I think your L.A. still has you overpriced. Just sayin'.
