Hi,

I apologize we have false foreclosure information listed on our home details page. This data is provided to us from Zillow foreclosures and we currently do not have the ability to edit or remove the information that they are sending us.

Please be advised that I have created a ticket to Zillow Consumer Care to request the removal of the foreclosure status from your property. Once the status is removed from Zillow, it will automatically update to Trulia after 24-48 hours.

The image you are seeing on your property page is provided to us from Google images of which we do not have the ability to edit or remove. My recommendation would be to contact Google to request they blur out your photo and home photo. Please feel free to use these steps:

How to get your property blurred:
1. On your Trulia Property Page, click 'View Map'.
2. Click 'Street View'.
3. Click 'Report a problem' found on the bottom right of the photo.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Click Submit.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Hello,

It appears that the property you are interested in is still in foreclosure auctions status on Trulia. If a listing is in foreclosure or not, it is up to the listing owner to update the status of that property. The status of the listing is unclear to us because it is in the hands of the listing owner.

If you want to know more information about the foreclosure property, you may check the county record where the property is part of or you may also contact a foreclosure specialist near your area for assistance.

You can take advantage of our vast network of agents here on Trulia. You may found the link below.

To search for a foreclosure specialist using our site:

1. Go to the link that I provided, enter the location where you're at and click enter.

2. Click the 'More filters' button and choose 'Foreclosure' under specialties.

3. Click the 'Search' button.

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

Regards,

Neil

Hello,

It appears that the property you are interested at is in foreclosure status. Trulia is a platform for consumers to browse housing information as well as a tool for home owners and agents to list their properties. As a result the property listings are manually controlled by the listing agent/owner. If a listing is foreclosure or not, it is up to the listing owner to update the status of that property. The status of the listing is unclear to us because it is in the hands of the listing owner.

I hope this information is helpful.

I did something similar on Zillow. I have a Lis pendens recorded too on the home stolen from me. The ones occupying my home at this moment also saw the NOTICE NOTICE NOTICE on the door of the home, but decided to move on in. I never gave up my right to my home. Was forced out at gun point, left homeless and all private effects stolen; food, clothing, paperwork for a fair trial, etc... ... more
