Hello, I'm a mortgage professional.

I would need more details to determine what you would qualify for.

You only need a 580 credit score to qualify for a mortgage with as little as 3.5% down payment you can even roll closing costs in using a sellers concession. If you have a higher score there are other programs avialable.

If you have any other questions or would like help with this you are welcome to get in touch with me.

It is going to depend on a few factors. Every city has their own set of towing companies. My area has about six of them and I am grateful for that. The towing companies had a stressful day here in my area last week because of an accident. There was a big snow storm and it caused a 15 car pileup. A lot of cars had to be removed by tow truck.

Hi Fungirl,
You always post great questions! Contingent/No Kick Out means that there are some contingencies that must be satisfied, home inspection/appraisal, but that regardless of the findings the buyer can not walk away from the transaction. If you are looking to place a back up offer these are normally not the homes that you want to spend your time on. If you would like to see more homes in the area that you are searching feel free to browse our website like an agent for FREE. If you want further information on a particular house or make arrangements to show in box me so we can connect!

All the Best!

Lauryn Eadie answered:

My colleagues have answered your question below. Check your lease agreement to see if there is any clause or verbage in there regarding the validity of your lease in the event the home sells. Also, check to see what your rights are while the home is on the market, there is likely verbage stating that you will allow access to the home for showings within "x" amount of time of the lease expiration.

It is likely that the home will be marketed with the information that the new owner will be required to honor your lease until end of term.

Good luck!

Have you considered the Charles county area? One of the great things about our county is the ease of going from a metro area to a rural area in just minutes. I would be pleased to email you listings if you like along with any information you have need of.
