Wilma,
Check out the listing date, this will help you to arrive at the Days on Marktet, if it is not stated on the listing. MlS does state the Days On Market, (DOM). Here is something tricky.
There is an Orignal date of a listing. There is also a Combined Days On Market.
Do check it out with a Realtor. You could relate these figures to the Property History. All of these terms have significance. Your best friend to walk you through, no doubt will be your friendly neighbourhoood Realtor. GuruToor.RE@gmail.com

Hi Wilma:

I went to my listings that's on Trulia, and did not see Days on Market, only whether it's been more than 30 days or not.

You can contact a Realtor and he/she will be able to tell you that for sure.

By the way, you might want to see my answer about Days on Market (which I think is overrated). The poster removed original questions about whether a property that's been on market for over 300 days is a bad idea or not. This is a good information to know, but do not base your decision or strategy on that along....
