Hello Jennifer,
zillow is not a reliable source for finding homes. Anyone can "put" a home for sale on zillow. As Cheryl mentioned that specific home was sold in 2005. You can contact the agent who put the home on zillow and find out if (s)he has an exclusive listing on this home or perhaps the agents motivation is to find buyers and the listing is not real!??!?

Zillow just recently started getting a feed from our MLS here in New England. They have trouble rectifying the feeds from the MLS, agent marketing from such places as Point2Point & Postlets. Even Trulia does it with my listings. It's not a perfect system. It takes some effort on the part of the listing agents as well as these "downstream" sites.

Hmmmm that's a good question. Maybe you should email the agent and ask why the property shows up if it has already been sold.

I looked up the first one at it shows that the same agent sold that property back in 2005 and the second one sold in 2007 . Since listings are manually entered on Zillow, those agents probably forgot to update Zillow.
They show as sold status on the MLS.
