Hello NIkki

Realtors have the most up to date records on homes that were sold and listed in the MLS. However, anyone can check the property appraisers site for all sales in the county. The sales are posted weeks or months after the sale. Here is a link to the St. Johns County Property Appraiser's site. Type in the address. There is a section on the page for Sales Information. It can be a bit confusing as Relocation properties will show two sales amounts on the same date. Check with a Realtor for clarification. If you are considering purchase a home, a qualified Buyer's Agent can provide all the information on a home and assist you in determining today's value. A Buyer's Agent will Represent you and will negotiate in your best interest. Let me know if you have questions or need some help.

Try getting in contact with a real estate professional. They will be happy to help you and information doesn't cost a penny.
Contact an agent,

Best wishes

Go to the Saint Johns County Property website.
Go to property search at the Appraiser's office tab and tell it the property address. The site is easy to use and has a lot of features that are convenient.

If you don't want to be hounded by a real estate agent when you're just curious about a sale price, go to the county's website and there should be a link that will provide that information. I found this site that you can get the information from:

Hi Nikki,
Houses in St Augustine are much more expensive than Cuffley but should be listed on the local sites. They have a poor taxi service (an opportunity?) They would probably benefit from a Feng Shui consulation.
Hope that helps!

Hi Nikki,
If the home was in the multiple listing service, the selling price is posted within 24 hours after the property closes. Check with a Realtor who will be happy to assist you.

All closings have to be recorded at the county office but it takes a couple of months before they are posted. If it has been recent you may want to wait or call the county of that particular city.
