Check out ClassifiedFlyerAds.com. You can create a full color online rental flyer and your rental listing will automatically be syndicated to other top online directories.

Craigslist.com is really the best location. I have helped numerous clients with renting out and finding rentals. If you like, you can call the Century 21 Butler Realty office at 805.563.2121 and we can put on our rental list for free. However, I have always had the best luck with Craiglist. Good luck!

The best site is postlets.com. You will have to register, but you will be able to create a very professional listing and it will post to over 40 different websites, including those listed in the previous post. You can also post the listing to Craigslist, but you will have to copy and past the html code from Postlets (they instruct you on how to do this) and paste it into a post on Craigslist. If you have questions or need help, contact me at my website. Regards.

You've gotten some great advise. My clients who go on their own to rent out property have had the best response from Craig's List. The nice thing about Postlets is that you can use the html from that site in Craigslist to creat a high impact presence. Are you willing to cooperate with an agent working with a renter?

Hi, Rp:

Craigslist is usually really good (as you already know). Have you thought about WestsideRentals.com?

Have you considered having a Realtor take care of it for you?

All the best!
