What is the best vendor/source to automatically take my listings from my local MLS and have them auto entered?

Asked by Jim Moore, Crown Point, IN Tue Jan 6, 2009

I just recently opened my own real estate office and left a very established office. I now need to get my listings, and the listing from my office on to trulia .. zillow .. etc.... AND I really wasnt looking to manually enter all of them

I don't believe GNIAR allows our listings to be updated automatically into other sites. I use Postlets it is free and that helps me not have to input the info over and over again, but on most sites you have to manually imput the info. A few sites once you enter the MLS # it will pull in some info, but not all of it.

Hope this helps, good luck with opening your new company.

Hi Jim,

Our company uses List Hub. Each agent gets a monthly report emailed to them with stats for each listing and which sites are getting the most hits. Here is their link: http://www.listhub.net I supplement that service with http://www.postyourlistings.com. I pay a small monthly fee but it's worth it for the leads and the direct link to Craig's List. Best wishes for your new company.

I believe there are companies that cater specifically to listing distribution. My company, Delta Media Group, can do so if developing your Web system. We don't have a stand-alone service for this, if that's what you're looking for.

Hi Jim,

We list all the available options to submit listings to Trulia at the link below. If you click on the links to some of the partners we show on that page, you'll see that many of them will syndicate your listing information to Trulia, Zillow and many other sites as well.

I hope this helps you. Let us know if you have any further questions.

Best Wishes,
