Hello Ira,

Comcast has a promotion for three services in one which include Internet, Phone and Cable. Comcast is our local cable provider who took over from Adelphia not too long ago. In reference to cellular plans MetroPCS has a great no commitment flat fee for $35 per month and there are many phones to choose from. They are still working on Blackberry/Smart Phones that should be introduced to their line sometime in the near future. From once Canuck to another, Welcome to Palm Beach County. I look forward to assisting you in MOVING FORWARD in 2008.

Hi Mr. Smith:

You should check with At & T and Comcast for their availability and Internet plans. I have Bellsouth/At& t for my DSL Internet connection in West Delray and because of that I am required to have a land line number, if I am to switch to cable connection with comcast I won't need the home number.

For my cellular I have Metro PCS so I pay a fixed monthly rate no matter how many minutes I use my phone. Because my Metro PCS connection doesn't work perfectly when I am inside my home, I have call forwarding to my home number when needed.

I have some useful relocation links and information on my website: http://www.karinaleal.com/relocation

Should you require any additional help, please do not hesitate to contact me karina@lealusa.com

My brother has only a cell phone (he lives in Boca), I have one cell phone and one house phone. I use Verizon for my cell which is a Blackberry... and carries my gmail email... and have an inexpensive LD carrier for the home phone, and Bell South service. I tried one of the internet phone services, but when you turn off the computer, you may be turning off the phone. I run my business with just one of each of these two phones. The cell can have your northern number on it, and the local phone can be turned off when you are not here, temporarily. If you are still looking, I'd be delighted to find you the home of your dreams... just email me what you are looking for. Marilyn Farber Jacobs, marilynfjacobs@gmail.com. 561-988-0070. Look at http://www.marilynjacobs.com to explore the area and see homes available for purchase, and for condos go to http://www.FLWaterfrontCondos.com to compare recent sales, amenties and restrictions of many southeast Florida buildings.
